Project Package definition

Project Package means several Project Locations assembled in to one Project assignment. A Project Package can be administered by one or several Contracts, subject to approval of the Project Manager.
Project Package means, with respect to a proposed New Customer Site: (A) a copy of the following draft agreements in proposed execution form: (i) the ESA that is proposed to apply to such Site, (ii) the Site License that is proposed to apply to such Site, (iii) applicable Incentive Agreements, if any and (iv) draft Interconnection Agreements, if available; (B) if such New Customer Site includes a New Customer, reasonably detailed credit and other relevant information in respect of such New Customer; (C) a financial model based on (and containing substantially similar information to) the Project Model including the New Customer Site and, if applicable, the New Customer, in the hypothetical portfolio therein; and (D) anything else reasonably requested by Buyer to assist in its review.
Project Package shall have the meaning provided in section 2.2(c).

Project Package. For the 2017 Program cycle, the project application documents shall be submitted consistent with the requirements of the applicable SCE or SCG energy efficiency program. 5. Project Package means, with respect to a given Project as of a given date of determination, an executed form substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the EPC and all associated contracts delivered in connection therewith as an attachment or by upload to the Data Room.
Project Package means a discrete section of work, comprising of pavement rehabilitation and/or asphalt surfacing of section(s) of road(s), which may include intersections.

Related to Project Package

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
