Project/Programme definition

Project/Programme means the purpose for which the Grant has been awarded as described in the Offer of Grant;
Project/Programme means the programme for delivery of the Vision and Process Objectives established pursuant to paragraph 11
Project/Programme means the agricultural development operation described in a financing agreement subject to the General Conditions.

  • Without prejudice to Clause 4.1, the Manufacturer shall Deliver the Year One Consumables, Critical Spares and Special Tools to the Purchaser by no later than the Contractual Acceptance Dates for such items specified in the Project Programme.

  • In the event that the Project Programme is not agreed within the timescale set out in this paragraph 4(b), either Party shall be entitled to refer the matter for resolution under Clause 32.

Project/Programme means the project programme (if any) attached to the Order or otherwise agreed between the parties;

Project/Programme means the document, included in the EU Contract as Annex I, specifying the distribution among the Parties of the effort to be deployed during the project in terms of Workpackages and other tasks, resources, manpower, skills, materials, etc.; "Co-ordinator" means ACTION;
