Project Statement of Work or “Project SOW” is the technical description of a Project (including a description of how data sharing principles for the Project will be met, and, as applicable, the Project goals, Project-specific activities, Materials, experimental design, deliverables, Project Cost Estimate, and timelines) to be undertaken between Parties and agreed to by the Foundation and each Party, to the extent not addressed in the applicable Grant Agreement.
