Project Titles definition

Project Titles means any authorisation, permit, title, tenure, licence, lease, easement, certificate, consent or interest that is needed from time to time by the Joint Venture Participants for the development, operation, closure and rehabilitation of the Project or for the construction and operation of any Project Infrastructure.

Project Titles means all titles and interests, including mining tenements, that are in the opinion of the Joint Venture Participants (acting reasonably) needed from time to time for the development, operation, closure and rehabilitation of the Project and all Infrastructure including the Existing Project Applications that are the subject of the Kintyre Native Title Consents, to the extent each of them are located within the ILUA Area.

Project Titles means the MAC mining lease of approximately 560 sq kms and other kinds of mining titles, interests or authorities that the MAC Joint Venturers have obtained or may in future require for the construction, operation and maintenance of the MAC Project over the IBN Claim Area.
