Prompt Care definition

Prompt Care means the BT Business level of service support whereby you are able to report a fault to BT, Monday to Sunday, 24/7 including bank and public holidays. Once accepted, BT will aim to fix the fault by the end of the next working day (up to 23:59 hours)
Prompt Care means a fault repair service as more fully described in Section B2 (1) herein.
Prompt Care means fault repair work carried out during working hours (0800-1700) on Mondays to Saturdays but excluding Public/Bank Holidays. BT will respond within 4 working hours of receipt of a fault report, unless it has agreed with the Customer in writing, at the time of signature of this Agreement, that there are other periods within which it will respond to a fault report. If the fault is not cleared during this period, BT will advise the Customer, via the Contact Telephone Number, of the progress being made to clear the fault.

  • Effingham Prompt Care, a medical corporation and the patient or the patient's representative, hereby enters into this agreement.

  • The name of the limited liability company shall be Memorial Prompt Care, LLC (the “Company”).

  • If we change our notice, you may obtain a copy of the revised notice by contacting Effingham Prompt Care.

  • I authorize my insurance companies to give Effingham Prompt Care any information required to fulfill this function.

  • Home care means care and treatment of an insured under a plan of care established, approved in writing and reviewed at least every 2 months by the attending physician, unless the attend- ing physician determines that a longer interval between reviews is sufficient, and consisting of one or more of the following:
