Proof of Holding definition

Proof of Holding means a CSD Certificate or such other proof of the relevant Covered Bondholder’s beneficial holding of the relevant Covered Bonds (including the Recorded Principal Amount (as defined below) of such Covered Bonds) on or about the date of the submission of the relevant Consent Instruction, such other proof to be in such form as the Tabulation Agent may require in its sole discretion.
