Property Inspection Report definition

Property Inspection Report. A report, submitted by the Servicer to the Master Servicer, describing the related Mortgaged Property.
Property Inspection Report. A written report of each inspection of a Mortgaged Property performed by the Subservicer, which shall be delivered electronically pursuant to this Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (or in such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to KRECM and the Subservicer) and, in any event, shall set forth in detail the condition of the subject Mortgaged Property and specify the occurrence or existence of any sale, transfer or abandonment of, any change in the condition, occupancy or value of, or any waste committed on, the subject Mortgaged Property of which the Subservicer is aware.
Property Inspection Report. The report prepared pursuant to Section 4.09(a) hereof in the form of Exhibit M hereto.

  • The Servicer shall, if requested by the Collateral Agent and Custodian, furnish to the Issuer, the Owner and the Collateral Agent and Custodian, a Property Inspection Report in the form of Exhibit F hereto.

Related to Property Inspection Report

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Environmental Audit means, with respect to each Property, a Phase One environmental site assessment (the scope and performance of which meets or exceeds the then most current ASTM Standard Practice E1527 for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase One Environmental Site Assessment Process) of such Property.

  • Environmental Assessment means an assessment of the presence, storage or release of any hazardous or toxic substance, pollutant or contaminant with respect to the collateral securing a Shared-Loss Loan that has been fully or partially charged off.

  • Environmental Report The environmental audit report or reports with respect to each Mortgaged Property delivered to the related Mortgage Loan Seller in connection with the origination or acquisition of the related Mortgage Loan.

  • Exception Report As defined in the Custodial Agreement.

  • Phase I means the first part of the tuition incentive assistance program defined as the academic period of 80 semester or 120 term credits, or less, leading to an associate degree or certificate.

  • Site Assessment means an environmental assessment report for the Mortgaged Property prepared at Borrower’s expense by a qualified environmental consultant engaged by Borrower, or by Lender on behalf of Borrower, and approved by Lender, and in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Lender, based upon an investigation relating to and making appropriate inquiries to evaluate the risks associated with Mold and any existence of Hazardous Materials on or about the Mortgaged Property, and the past or present discharge, disposal, release or escape of any such substances, all consistent with the most current version of the ASTM 1527 standard (or any successor standard published by ASTM) and good customary and commercial practice.

  • Environmental Assessment Act means the Environmental Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E.18.

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.
