Protective Data Security Standard definition

Protective Data Security Standard means any standard issued under Part 4 of the PDP Act.

Protective Data Security Standard means a standard issued under Part 4 of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
Protective Data Security Standard means any standard issued under Part 4 of the PDP Act. Public Sector Data has the same meaning as in the Privacy and Data Protection Xxx 0000 (Vic). Public Sector Data Systems has the same meaning as in the Privacy and Data Protection Xxx 0000 (Vic). Specification means the document included in the Request for Tender which describes the Project Services to be performed by the Contractor. State means the Crown in the right of the State of Victoria.
