Provider Personnel Cost definition

Provider Personnel Cost means for each employee or consultant of Service Provider or member of Service Provider Group utilized to provide the Services (other than Service Provider Group Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Executive Vice Presidents), all costs and expenses (including any currency and foreign exchange costs) incurred or paid by the Service Provider or members of the Service Provider Group, including salary, bonuses, value of equity compensation, payroll taxes, employee related insurance and employee benefits.
Provider Personnel Cost means for each employee or consultant of Service Provider or member of Service Provider Group, excluding any Senior Vice President or any person that provides the Senior Vice President Services, utilized to provide the Services to the Service Recipient pursuant to this Work Agreement, all costs and expenses incurred or paid by Service Provider or members of Service Provider Group, including salary, bonuses, monetary value of equity compensation, payroll taxes, employee related insurance and employee benefits.

  • Marketing Percentage of Estimated Effort of each group, multiplied by the Provider Personnel Cost of such group; plus Percentage of Estimated Effort of each group, multiplied by Other Costs of such group.

  • Entertainment Projects Percentage of Estimated Effort by individual position multiplied by the Provider Personnel Cost of such individual; plus Percentage of Estimated Effort by individual position, multiplied by Other Costs of such individual.

Related to Provider Personnel Cost

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Provider is any individual or company that provides professional or technical services.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Contractor Key Personnel means the Contractor Project Manager and those Project Staff members identified as “Key Personnel” as set forth in a Statement of Work.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Police Chief means the Chief of Police or temporary acting Chief of Police of the Department.

  • Provider panel means those providers with which a carrier contracts to provide health care services

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.

  • Providers means individuals or organizations --------- licensed to practice dentistry (including specialists) as well as other dental professionals who provide ancillary reimbursable dental services.

  • Support Personnel means employees of a Reviewing Party’s Outside Firm and third-party contractors and employees of third-party contractors who are assisting in this proceeding, provided such persons are involved solely in performing clerical or ministerial functions with regard to documents and information connected with this proceeding, including performing one or more aspects of organizing, filing, coding, converting, storing, or retrieving documents or data or designing programs for handling data connected with this proceeding.

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:
