Provider Software means software which is proprietary to the Provider, including software which is or will be used by the Provider for the purposes of providing the Services.

Provider Software means all computer systems, software programs and databases and external data services used by a Provider (i) prior to the date hereof in providing services to a Recipient or (ii) in the performance of Services hereunder.

Provider Software means any proprietary apps or software that Provider distributes to Customer as part of the Cloud Service.

Examples of Provider Software in a sentence

All Service Provider Software is, or shall be, and shall remain, the exclusive property of Service Provider or its third party licensor and Recipient shall have no rights or interests to the Service Provider Software.
