Provider Software definition

Provider Software means software which is proprietary to the Provider, including software which is or will be used by the Provider for the purposes of providing the Services.
Provider Software means all computer systems, software programs and databases and external data services used by a Provider (i) prior to the date hereof in providing services to a Recipient or (ii) in the performance of Services hereunder.
Provider Software means the Software used by Provider or Provider Agents in providing the Services that is: (i) owned by Provider before the Effective Date or acquired by Provider after the Effective Date, (ii) developed by Provider other than pursuant to this Agreement or any other agreement with Customer; or (iii) developed by Third Parties and licensed to Provider. Provider Software includes Software licensed by Provider pursuant to Provider Third Party Agreements.

Examples of Provider Software in a sentence

  • Provider Software may include third-party open source software (“Open Source”) as listed in the Documentation or by Provider upon request.

  • Subject to this Agreement, Customer may install, copy and use the Provider Software for its own business purposes in accordance with the Permitted Use.

  • This Bonterms Standard Agreement for Marketplace Transactions (Version 1.0) (“Standard Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Provider makes available Subscriptions to its Cloud Service or Provider Software (each, a “Product”) offered through a Listing on the Marketplace.

More Definitions of Provider Software

Provider Software software which is proprietary to the Provider, including software which is or will be used by the Provider for the purposes of providing the Services including the software specified as such in Schedule 2 (Statement of Requirements);
Provider Software means any proprietary apps or software that Provider distributes to Customer as part of the Cloud Service.
Provider Software means program code provided by Provider to You in connection with Products, together with Provider’s applicable technical documentation containing its specifications, instructions, and/or other information provided by Provider accompanying such software or made available by Provider from time to time in connection with Products, and excludes all Third Party Software.
Provider Software shall have the meaning at clause 13.1;
Provider Software means Provider owned software and Third Party Software (other than [*****] provided Third Party Software) used by Provider in performing the Services or creating Products.
Provider Software means Provider’s proprietary installed software or apps identified in the applicable Listing. “Provider-Specific Terms” is defined in Section 1.1 (Standard Agreement).
