Electricity Supply Equipment definition

Electricity Supply Equipment means the Meter and any electrical facilities or other equipment used to transmit or measure electricity for transfer to You, before the point where electricity is transferred from the Meter.
Electricity Supply Equipment means the meter and all wiring, apparatus or other works which are located up to the point that the meter is attached to the premises and which are used for, or in connection with, the supply of electricity by us.
Electricity Supply Equipment means the meter (if any) for the premises and all wiring, apparatus and other equipment or works located upstream from the point that electricity leaves that meter or, if there is no meter for the premises, upstream from the connection point for the premises and which are used by us or by Western Power Networks for, or in connection with, the supply of electricity and any wiring, apparatus or other equipment or works belonging to us or Western Power Networks located downstream of the point that electricity leaves the meter for the premises or, if there is no meter for the premises, downstream of the connection point for the premises which are used by us or by Western Power Networks for, or in connection with, the supply of electricity.

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Water supply system means a water distribution system, piping, connection fittings, valves and appurtenances within a building, structure, or premises. Water supply systems are also referred to commonly as premise plumbing systems.

  • Electricity means the electrical energy in kilowatt-hours.
