Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;
LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
small and medium-sized enterprises or ‘SMEs’ means small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Article 2 of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC;
We/Our/Us means the Underwriters named in the Schedule.
Best management practices (BMP) means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of waters of the United States. BMPs include treatment requirements, operation procedures, and practices to control plant site runoff, spillage or leaks, sludge or waste disposal, or drainage from raw material storage.
911 system means the set of network, database and customer premise equipment (CPE) components required to provide 911 service.
CDDP means "Community Developmental Disabilities Program".
SAMHSA means the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
SUVA means Specific Ultraviolet Absorption at 254 nanometers (nm), an indicator of the humic content of a water. It is calculated by dividing a sample’s ultraviolet absorption at a wavelength of 254 nm (UV254) (in m-1) by its concentration of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) (in mg/L).
Local anesthesia means the elimination of sensation, especially pain, in one part of the body by the topical application or regional injection of a drug.
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
Centers means the international agricultural and natural resources research centers that are members of the Consortium; and each a “Center”.
Home health aide means an individual employed by a home health agency to provide home health services under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist.
NHTSA means National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

Home Health Care means the continual care and treatment of an individual if:

Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
€STRi-pTBD means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day falling in the relevant Interest Accrual Period, the €STR for the TARGET Business Day falling “p” TARGET Business Days prior to the relevant TARGET Business Day “i”;
NOFA means a Notice of Funding Availability issued by the Department.
Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.
