PTA definition

PTA means the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, a statutory body corporate established under Section 3 of the Act, and its predecessors and successors;
PTA means FIS Protegent PTA, a third-party web based application that allows Employees to report and update certain information, as required under this Code, including brokerage accounts and security holdings. OFI uses PTA for Employee reporting and pre-clearance requests made pursuant to the Code.

  • You are required to update in the PTA any changes to your securities (excluding exempt securities) holdings that occur as a result of corporate actions, dividend reinvestments, or similar activity.

  • In order to trade securities (excluding exempt securities), ADM Employees, Investment Employees, Insider Risk Employees, and PREG Employees are required to submit a preclearance request in the PTA system and receive notice that the preclearance request was approved prior to placing a security trade.
