Public Information Meeting definition

Public Information Meeting means a meeting held at the discretion of the Regional District for the purpose of providing an Applicant with the opportunity to present a proposal, entertain questions, facilitate discussion, and seek preliminary feedback from those who believe that their interest in property is affected by the proposal.
Public Information Meeting means a meeting conducted by Town staff to provide information about an Application under this bylaw and to obtain comments from the public prior to any statutory Public Hearing on the Application.
Public Information Meeting means an open meeting to which all members of the public are invited, for the purpose of informing the public and receiving comments regarding a proposed Site Alteration.

Public Information Meeting means a meeting arranged by the Proponent to provide the public an opportunity to seek clarification and make comments. This meeting may be held in an electronic format using a widely recognized and freely-available software platform.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • State Public Information Officer means the State Public Information Officer designated under sub-section (1) and includes a State Assistant Public Information Officer designated as such under sub-section (2) of section 5;

The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Public Information Failure shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.3(b).

The term “genetic information” does not include information about the sex or age of any individual.
