Sports Park definition

Sports Park means any facility designed and constructed as a venue for public entertainment and recreation by the presentation of sporting and athletic events, or other events and exhibitions, including a facility designed to provide a site for one or more athletic or sports teams or activities, spectator facilities, parking facilities, walkways, and auxiliary facilities; real and personal property; property rights; easements; leasehold estates; and other interests appropriate for, or used in connection with, the operation of those facilities. "Sports park" includes sports complexes consisting of multiple athletic fields for youth and secondary school students and related spectator, parking, and auxiliary facilities.
Sports Park means the city’s Sports Park located at 425 Imperial Beach Boulevard.
Sports Park means a park which, without limiting the generality thereof, also contains facilities for cultural, leisure, sports or recreational activities.

More Definitions of Sports Park

Sports Park means, collectively, the Property and the Sports Park Improvements.
Sports Park shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7(f)(ii) of this Agreement.
Sports Park means the high quality, multi-purpose recreational sports park to be known (unless the parties otherwise agree) as the "Big League Dreams Clay County Sports Park" to be constructed on the Property containing the elements set forth in Exhibit B. The boundaries of the Sports Park are set forth in Exhibit A. The Sports Park shall not include any area of the Property located outside of the exterior fencing and gates restricting access to the Sports Park Improvements except for the parking lot, driveways and the paved sidewalks immediately adjacent to the exterior fencing.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
