Publishing Order definition

Publishing Order has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11.
Publishing Order means a written request or order signed in the name of Publishing by any one of its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman, its President or a Vice President (regardless of Vice Presidential designation), and by any one of its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Trustee and delivered to the Trustee.
Publishing Order has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

Examples of Publishing Order in a sentence

  • Publishing or any Restricted Subsidiary may at any time deliver to the Trustee for cancellation any Securities previously authenticated and delivered hereunder which Publishing or any such Restricted Subsidiary may have acquired in any manner whatsoever, and all Securities so delivered shall upon receipt of a Publishing Order be promptly canceled by the Trustee.

  • Regulatory Authority means any federal, national, multinational, state, county, city, provincial, or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other governmental entity with authority over the marketing, commercialization, manufacture or sale of a pharmaceutical product in the Territory, including the FDA in the United States and the EMA in the EU.

  • Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;

  • Government Order means any administrative decision or award, decree, injunction, judgment, order, quasi-judicial decision or award, ruling or writ of any arbitrator, mediator, tribunal, administrative agency or Government Authority.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • securities regulatory authority or “SRA” means a body created by statute in any Canadian or foreign jurisdiction to administer securities law, regulation and policy (e.g. securities commission), but does not include an exchange or other self regulatory entity;

  • Declaratory order means the department’s interpretation of a statute, rule or order as applied to specified circumstances. A declaratory order is issued in response to a petition for declaratory order.

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • CE marking means a marking by which the manufacturer indicates that the product is in conformity with the applicable requirements set out in Union harmonisation legislation providing for its affixing;

  • FCC Applications means those applications and requests for waivers required to be filed with the FCC to obtain the approvals and waivers of the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act and FCC Rules necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • CPSC means the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

  • FTC means the United States Federal Trade Commission.
