Purchase Periods definition

Purchase Periods. (08/15/08 Version) means the time periods established in section 9.1.1.
Purchase Periods means the four purchase periods within each calendar year, the first commencing on January 1st of each calendar year and continuing through the March 31st of such calendar year, the second commencing on April 1st of each calendar year and continuing through June 30th of such calendar year, the third commencing on July 1st of each calendar year and continuing through the September 30th of such calendar year, and the fourth commencing on October 1st of each calendar year and continuing through December 31st of such calendar year. However, the first Purchase Period shall commence on the first date that the Common Stock is publicly traded as a result of the Company’s IPO and shall end on the last day of the quarter in which the IPO occurs.

Examples of Purchase Periods in a sentence

More Definitions of Purchase Periods

Purchase Periods means the periods in an Offering Period during which shares of Common Stock may be purchased on a Participant’s behalf in accordance with the terms of the Plan. For the first Offering Period, Purchase Periods will (i) commence on the first Trading Day on or after the Registration Date and June 15, 2016 and (ii) terminate on the last Trading Day on or before June 15, 2016 and November 15, 2016, respectively. Unless the Administrator provides otherwise, Purchase Periods for all other Offering Periods will (i) commence on the first Trading Day on or after May 15 and November 15 and (ii) terminate on the last Trading Day on or before November 15 of the same year and May 15 of the following year, respectively.
Purchase Periods. (as defined in the Target ESPP) commenced under the Target ESPP on October 1, 2001 and January 1, 2002, and each Purchase Period will end at the ESPP Termination Date, and except for the purchase rights granted on such commencement dates to participants in the current Purchase Periods, there are no other purchase rights or options outstanding under the Target ESPP. True and complete copies of all agreements and instruments (or representative forms thereof) relating to or issued under the Target Stock Option Plans and Target ESPP have been made available to Acquiror, and such agreements and instruments have not been amended, modified or supplemented, and there are no agreements to amend, modify or supplement such agreements or instruments from the forms made available to Acquiror. All outstanding shares of Target Common Stock and all options granted pursuant to the Target Stock Option Plans were issued in compliance with all applicable federal and state securities laws.
Purchase Periods shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b) hereof.
Purchase Periods means periods of approximately three (3) months within an Offering Period, with the first Purchase Period of each Offering Period commencing on the first day of the Offering Period (for example, February 15 or August 15) and ending on the next May 14 or November 14, respectively, and with the second Purchase Period of each Offering Period commencing the next Trading Day following the end of the first Purchase Period (for example, May 15 or November 15) and ending on the next August 14 or February 14, respectively; provided that in the event the beginning of a Purchase Period would not fall on a Trading Day, the Purchase Period shall instead begin on the next Trading Day, and in the event the last date of a Purchase Period would not fall on a Trading Day, the Purchase Period shall instead end on the Trading Day immediately prior to such date.
Purchase Periods means, with respect to any Option, the two consecutive six-month periods beginning on the Date of Grant and ending on the last day of each Offering Period with respect to which the Option has been granted; provided, however, that the first Purchase Period under the Plan shall commence on the Effective Date and end on August 31, 2000, and the second Purchase Period under the Plan shall commence on September 1, 2001 and end on February 28, 2001.
Purchase Periods shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4.2.4 hereof.
Purchase Periods. (as defined in the Company ESPP) then in progress to be shortened by establishing a final “Purchase Date” (as also defined in the Company ESPP) as of a date prior to the Effective Time, and any Purchase Periods then in progress shall end on such new final Purchase Date, and (ii) the termination of the Company ESPP effective as of a time following such new final Purchase Date but at or prior to the Effective Time.
