Qualifying Employees definition

Qualifying Employees means non-salaried employees of the Employers who are required to travel between clients’ homes in the course of their duties to provide publicly funded home based community support services from the date this agreement takes effect;
Qualifying Employees means full-time equivalent employees employed by the Company at the Project hired for a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Qualifying Employees means employees who are permanently employed by the Company and who do not participate in any of the Company’s other share incentive schemes, and who will be eligible to receive an Offer in terms of the Scheme; 14.1 (a)

Examples of Qualifying Employees in a sentence

  • An Accumulation Period may be up to 12 months and shall apply equally to all Qualifying Employees in the Plan.

More Definitions of Qualifying Employees

Qualifying Employees means any employees of the Supplier (or a Subcontractor, as the case may be) who, in the course of supplying the Goods and/or Services, work on the Client’s site(s) for a period of two hours in a week for eight or more consecutive weeks.
