Recovery Zone Bonds definition

Recovery Zone Bonds means recovery zone economic development bonds and recovery zone facility bonds allocated under the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub. L. No. 111-5, 123 Stat. 115, codified in section 1400U-1 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Recovery Zone Bonds means interest subsidy bonds issuable by the Authority under Sections 1400U-2 and 6431 of the Code and a “qualified bond” under Section 1400U-2(a) of the Code or such other tax credit bonds of substantially similar nature which may be hereafter authorized.
