Examples of Recurring Services in a sentence
During any Renewal Term, the payments for the Recurring Services will be the highest amount payable during the Term(s).
For Recurring Services, unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, Customer may terminate all or part of any Customer Success Order for convenience at any time by giving NETdepot at least sixty (60) days advance written notice; subject to an early termination fee calculated in section 8.4.
Customer Success Orders for Recurring Services shall be subject to the Auto Renewal Term unless: (i) otherwise stated in the Agreement, (ii) the parties enter into an agreement for a Renewal Term, or (iii) either party provides the other with written notice of termination at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then current term.
Recurring Services will be invoiced on a time and materials ("T&M") basis.
For recurring Groove services, support, and, when applicable, Third-Party Provider Services (collectively “Recurring Services”) as provided in the Proposal, the Term shall commence upon the completion of the installation or, as applicable, activation of the Recurring Services, and continue for months (“Initial Term”).
