Recycling Materials definition

Recycling Materials means all fibre, metal and plastic products accepted by the Eastern Waste Management Facility. Some examples are but not limited to:
Recycling Materials means tangible personal property, including metal, paper, glass, plastic, textile, or rubber, that:
Recycling Materials means a hazardous substance, hazardous waste, hazardous material, other than Toxic Substances, whose disposal is regulated by federal, state, or local government or quasi-governmental authority having jurisdiction.

  • It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to provide written information to those customers who do not prepare or set out their Solid Waste or Recycling Materials as specified within this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise set forth in the Agreement, Customer shall deliver all Recycling Materials DDP Umicore’s facility (Incoterms® 2010).

  • Franchisee shall provide Recycling Materials Collection for all Customers not less than once each week and on the same day of the week as Solid Waste Collection service for Residential customers.


More Definitions of Recycling Materials

Recycling Materials means tangible personal property,
Recycling Materials means materials derived from or otherwise destined to become Solid Waste generated and collected within the Rural Municipality of Elton that continue to have useful physical or chemical properties, including newsprint, high-grade fiber, corrugated containers, junk mail, magazines, glass, ferrous and non-ferrous cans, etc. A complete list may be obtained from the Rural Municipality of Elton office.
Recycling Materials means, subject to section 8 of this Bylaw, mixed paper, tin and metal cans, plastics labelled one (1) through seven (7), and all types of cardboard including corrugated cardboard;
Recycling Materials means any materials provided by or on behalf of Customer to Umicore for the receipt of Recycling Services, including, without limitation, Metal- containing production scrap.
Recycling Materials means raw or processed material that can be recovered from a waste stream for reuse.
Recycling Materials means those materials, which may be processed or re- fabricated for re-use and which are specified by the municipality for separation from the regular solid waste. Such materials may include, but not be limited to, aluminum products, ferrous containers, bi-metal containers, glass containers, newspapers, magazines and periodicals, plastic containers, and yard wastes.

Related to Recycling Materials

  • Packaging Materials means art and mechanical formats for a Software Title including the retail packaging, end user instruction manual with end user license agreement and warranties, end user warnings, FPU media label, and any promotional inserts and other materials that are to be included in the retail packaging.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Building materials means such commodities or articles as are specified by the Administrator by notification to be building materials for the purposes of this Act;

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.
