Redemption Code means the code Customers use to activate the relevant Software. Subject to this Agreement, Dirac grant Reseller a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to purchase Redemption Codes via the Discount Link, for the sole purpose of reselling the Redemption Codes to Customers. This right to resell does not apply to any other party or other Dirac products (including without limitation any sale to any related party, organization or affiliate). Reseller is permitted to identify as a Dirac Live Upgrade Reseller solely in connection with resales of Redemption Codes in accordance with the Agreement. Reseller agree to not represent itself as an agent or employee of Dirac and agree that Dirac shall have control over any and all communications regarding the Software. Related to Redemption Code

  • Redemption means with respect to any Debt, the repurchase, redemption, prepayment, repayment, defeasance or any other acquisition or retirement for value (or the segregation of funds with respect to any of the foregoing) of such Debt. “Redeem” has the correlative meaning thereto.
