Registered Certificateholder means the Holder of a Registered Certificate. “Registered Certificates” shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.01. “Regulation AB” shall mean Subpart 229.1100 – Asset Backed Securities (Regulation AB), 17 C.F.R. §§229.1100-229.1123, as such may be amended from time to time, and subject to such clarification and interpretation as have been provided by the Commission in the adopting release (Asset-Backed Securities, Securities Act Release No. 33-8518, 70 Fed. Registered Certificateholder means the Holder of a Registered Certificate. "Registered Certificates" shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1. "Reinvestment Event" shall mean, if applicable with respect to any Series, any Reinvestment Event specified in the related Supplement. "Related Account" shall mean an Account with respect to which a new credit account number has been issued by the applicable Account Owner or Servicer or the Transferor under circumstances resulting from a lost or stolen credit card and not requiring standard application and credit evaluation procedures under the Credit Card Guidelines. "Required Transferor Amount" shall mean, with respect to any date, the sum of the Series Required Transferor Amounts for all Series outstanding on such date. "Requirements of Law" shall mean any law, treaty, rule or regulation, or determination of an arbitrator or Governmental Authority, whether Federal, state or local (including usury laws, the Federal Truth in Lending Act and Regulation B and Regulation Z of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System), and, when used with respect to any Person, the certificate of formation, certificate of incorporation and by-laws or other organizational or governing documents of such Person. "Responsible Officer" shall mean, when used with respect to the Trustee, any officer within the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee including any vice president, assistant vice president, assistant treasurer, assistant secretary, trust officer or any other officer of the Trustee customarily performing functions similar to thos...
