Registration Rights Parties definition

Registration Rights Parties means the Consenting Second Lien Noteholders and any recipient of New DNR Equity that receives (together with its affiliates and related funds) 4% or more of the voting Securities of Reorganized DNR issued pursuant to this Plan.
Registration Rights Parties means each of the Supporting Parties and any other recipient of membership interests in Reorganized American Apparel that receives (together with its Affiliates and related funds) 10% or more of the aggregate Reorganized American Apparel Equity Interests issued under the Plan (including Reorganized American Apparel Equity Interests pursuant to the Equity Commitment Agreement).
Registration Rights Parties means Reorganized Nuverra, each Supporting Noteholder (and any Affiliates thereof that receive Reorganized Nuverra Common Stock under the Plan), and each recipient of Reorganized Nuverra Common Stock that, together with its Affiliates, receives 10% or more of the Reorganized Nuverra Common Stock.

Registration Rights Parties means any recipient of shares of New Eagle Common Stock that (together with its affiliates and related funds) receives 10% or more of the New Eagle Common Stock under the Plan or who otherwise reasonably believes that it, together with its affiliated funds, may be an “affiliate” of the Reorganized Debtor, who executes the Registration Rights Agreement.
Registration Rights Parties means each Consenting Noteholder and any Affiliates or related funds thereof that receive New Common Stock or New Noteholder Warrants under the Plan.
Registration Rights Parties means (i) each Person identified on Schedule I hereto (and any of its Affiliates) or signatory hereto, (ii) each Person who becomes a party hereto as contemplated by Section 7(b) hereof, and (iii) each other Person who beneficially owned (within the meaning of Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act) 10% or more of the New Common Stock or otherwise was an affiliate of the Company as of the Effective Date.

Released Parties means, collectively, (i) the Debtors, (ii) the Reorganized Debtors, (iii) the Consenting Creditors, (iv) the Ad Hoc Noteholder Group and each of its members, (v) the Senior Notes Trustee, (vi) the Exit RBL Agent, Exit RBL Lenders, and any arranger under the Exit RBL Facility, (vii) the DIP Agent and DIP Lenders, (viii) the RBL Agent and the RBL Lenders, (ix) with respect to each of the foregoing Persons in clauses (i) through (viii), each of their affiliates, and (x) with respect to each of the foregoing Persons in clauses (i) through (ix) such Persons’ predecessors, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, managed accounts and funds, and all of their respective current and former officers and directors, principals, equity holders, members, partners, managers, employees, agents, advisory board members, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, investment bankers, consultants, representatives, investment managers, investment advisors, management companies, fund advisors, and other professionals, and such Persons’ respective heirs, executors, estates, and nominees, in each case in their capacity as such.
Registration Rights Parties means each recipient of New Common Shares who, together with its affiliates and related funds, receives 10% or more of the New Common Shares.
