Regulation S Physical Notes and together with the U.S. Physical Notes, the “Physical Notes”) in registered form. The Physical Notes shall be substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 or Exhibit A-2 attached hereto (including the text and schedule called for by footnote 5 thereto).
