Workmanlike Standard. Contractor shall, without charge, replace or correct any work found by MPHA to (1) not conform to the contract requirements, or (2) not meet workmanlike standards as determined by MPHA, unless MPHA decides, in its sole discretion, it is in its interest to accept the work as is with an appropriate adjustment in contract price. The Contractor shall promptly segregate and remove any rejected materials from the premises.

Workmanlike Standard. Contractor shall, without charge, replace or correct any work found by MPHA to (1) not conform to the contract requirements, or (2) not meet workmanlike standards as determined by MPHA, unless MPHA decides, in its sole discretion, it is in its interest to accept the work as is with an appropriate adjustment in contract price. The Contractor shall promptly segregate and remove any rejected materials from the premises. If Contractor does not replace or correct rejected work within five (5) business days of being notified, MPHA may (1) replace or correct the work and charge the cost to the Contractor, or (2) terminate for default the Contractor’s right to proceed with work.

  • Meets Standard The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to financial reporting requirements, including but not limited to: • Complete and on-time submission of financial reports, including annual budget, revised budgets (if applicable), periodic financial reports as required by the authorizer and any reporting requirements if the board contracts with an Education Service Provider (ESP) • On-time submission and completion of the annual independent audit and corrective action plans, if applicable • No charging of tuition • Adequate management and financial controls • All reporting requirements related to the use of public funds

  • CONFORMANCE If any provision of this contract violates any statute or rule of law of the state of Washington, it is considered modified to conform to that statute or rule of law.

  • Design Standards Most recent edition of the “Owner’s Design Standards,” including any partial updates as may be directed by the Owner.

  • Work Standards The Contractor shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT The parties’ support the principle of continuing training of teachers, participation by teachers in professional organizations in the areas of their specialization, leaves for work on advanced degrees or special studies, foreign travel and participation in community educational projects.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.

  • Standard of Work All work to be performed by or for Tenant pursuant hereto shall be performed diligently and in a first class, workmanlike manner, and in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and rules of any public authority having jurisdiction over the Premises and/or Tenant and Landlord’s insurance carriers. Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to inspect periodically the work on the Premises, and Landlord may require changes in the method or quality of the work.

  • Standard Operating Procedures Standard Operating Procedures shall not contravene the Canada Labour Code, the Canadian Human Rights Code, or the Collective Agreement, and an allegation of such contravention is subject to the grievance procedure.
