Reinvestment Assets definition

Reinvestment Assets means any assets to be employed in the business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as described in Section 8.01.
Reinvestment Assets means any assets to be employed in the business of any Borrower or Subsidiary Loan Party as conducted on the Closing Date.
Reinvestment Assets means, with respect to any Asset Sale or the receipt of any Net Insurance Proceeds from a Recovery Event, assets to be employed in, and/or the capital stock of any Person engaged in, the types of businesses permitted in Section 8.08.

More Definitions of Reinvestment Assets

Reinvestment Assets means any assets owned by and to be employed in the business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as described in Section 7.01.
Reinvestment Assets means, with respect to any Asset Sale, any properties or assets that replace the properties or assets that were the subject of such Asset Sale that will be employed in the business of the Borrowers and their respective subsidiaries as operated on the Initial Closing Date.
