Rejected Waste definition

Rejected Waste means such components of a consignment of MSW delivered by the Participating ULBs that are refused to be accepted by Concessionaire, either at the time of delivery or at any time thereafter, upon inspection of the MSW delivered or being delivered, as the case may be, on the ground that they are either: (a) Dead Remains, or (b) C&D Debris and Silt Waste, or (c) are of a composition that would be detrimental to the Operating Conditions or cause damage or adversely impact the efficient operation or maintenance of the Regional MSW Facility, or (d) they have excessive moisture, or (e) they are not in accordance with the composition of MSW as defined in this Agreement or (f) they are of a quantity that is below the Minimum MSW Quantity or (g) they are part of a consignment of MSW that is sought to be delivered by a Participating ULB when it has been notified that the Regional MSW Facility is undergoing repair or maintenance. Rejected Waste may include but are not limited to Excluded Wastes that may form part of a consignment of MSW.
Rejected Waste means the incoming waste received at the Site that does not meet the incoming waste quality criteria set out in this Certificate;
Rejected Waste means unacceptable waste, which is rejected at the designated facility.

Examples of Rejected Waste in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that all costs of any operations for ensuring collection and delivery of MSW at the Receipt Point, including but not limited to collection, manual segregation, storage, transportation and delivery of MSW at the Receipt Point and disposal of the Rejected Waste, shall be borne by First Party.

  • The Daily Weight Sheet will be maintained on a day to day basis by Corporation to record the quantity of MSW delivered and the quantity of MSW entered therein as having been received and measured shall, subject to the right of Corporation to inspect and reject the Rejected Waste that may be part of any consignment, be deemed to have been received by Corporation for the purposes of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Rejected Waste

Rejected Waste means such components of a consignment of Municipal Waste delivered by First Party that are refused to be accepted by Corporation, either at the time of delivery upon inspection of the MSW delivered or being delivered, as the case may be, on the ground that they are either:
Rejected Waste means the incoming Biomass received at the Facility that does not meet the incoming waste quality criteria set out in this Approval or which cannot be anaerobically digested;
Rejected Waste means the incoming load inadvertently received at the Site and deemed by the Owner to be waste that does not meet the incoming Waste quality criteria set out in this Approval or that cannot be processed;
Rejected Waste means either municipal waste which cannot be processed at the Facility or waste which the Site is not approved to accept. Rejected Waste includes but is not limited to the Bulky Unprocessable Items and the Unacceptable Waste;
Rejected Waste means any type of waste which has been placed for collection but not in accordance with the provisions of this by‐law and which has had a rejection sticker affixed thereto by the Town or its designated agent;
Rejected Waste means the waste which is not approved for receipt at the Site. Rejected Waste includes the municipal waste which cannot be transferred at the DRTS or processed at the DROPF. Rejected Waste includes the Radioactive Waste;
Rejected Waste means Unacceptable Waste that is not accepted by the Owner under this Contract;
