Rent Instalment definition

Rent Instalment means for the duration of the Term and any Extended Term, the amount of the rent instalment (inclusive of stamp duty) plus GST payable in relation to that amount, as set out in the Schedule.
Rent Instalment is the amount of rent required to be paid in an instalment, as set out in the Schedule. "Rent Instalment Date" is the date that each Rent Instalment is required to be paid, as set out in the Schedule. "Schedule" means the form attached to this document and titled "Lease Agreement (Business)".
Rent Instalment means all of the Rent Instalment Amounts shown in the Schedule;

Examples of Rent Instalment in a sentence

  • We may at any time by giving you not less than one month's notice in writing increase or decrease the Rent Instalment under this Agreement to reflect changes in the Implicit Rate.

  • For the sake of certainty, You must pay us the Rent Instalments, in advance, at the Frequency stated on the Rental Schedule and, if no Frequency is stated, then each Rent Instalment must be paid to us in advance of each calendar month during the term of the Rental.

More Definitions of Rent Instalment

Rent Instalment means an amount equivalent to the Rental Package plus GST.
Rent Instalment means for a lease agreement or a hire purchase agreement, the rent instalments described in the relevant equipment schedule, as varied in accordance with 14.
Rent Instalment means the amount of the rent instalment (inclusive of stamp duty) plus GST payable in relation to that amount, as set out in the Schedule. “Replacement Value” of the Equipment means the cost of replacing the Affected Equipment (as defined in clause 7.1) with new goods having specifications as nearly as possibly the same as, but at least equal in all material respects to, those of the Affected Equipment.

Related to Rent Instalment

  • Instalment means with respect to each Mortgage Loan Agreement, each instalment due from the relevant Debtor thereunder and which consists of an Interest Instalment and a Principal Instalment.

  • Instalment Date means each date specified as such in the Final Terms.

  • Instalment Amount has the meaning given to it in Condition 1.07 (Bearer Covered Bonds);

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Base Rent As defined in Section 3.1.

  • Minimum Rent means the sum of Thirty-Eight Million Nine Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($38,917,750.00) per annum.

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Second Draw Period is the period commencing on the date of the occurrence of the Equity Event and ending on the earlier of (i) July 31, 2016 and (ii) the occurrence of an Event of Default; provided, however, that the Second Draw Period shall not commence if on the date of the occurrence of the Equity Event an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing.

  • Lease Year means each consecutive twelve-month period beginning with the Commencement Date, except that if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first Lease Year shall be the period from the Commencement Date through the final day of the twelve months after the first day of the following month, and each subsequent Lease Year shall be the twelve months following the prior Lease Year.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).
