Examples of Repeat offender in a sentence
Repeat offender" means a person who has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to any of the offenses listed in rules contained in Chapters 5101:2-5, 5101:2-7 and 5101:2-48 of the Administrative Code two or more times in separate criminal actions.
