Abatement Order definition

Abatement Order means an appealable order, supported by specific factual findings, issued by the Office of Neighborhood Services and Code Enforcement which directs the Owner of a Foreclosure Property to take certain specific steps, within a specific period of time, to ensure that the relevant property is in compliance with this section.
Abatement Order means an abatement order made in terms of paragraph (a) of section forty-two;
Abatement Order means a written order to (1) cease an act(s) which is in violation or causes a violation of these regulations or (2) to do an act(s) so as to comply with these regulations; it shall specify which section of these regulations is being violated or must be complied with and it shall be delivered in the manner prescribed in Section 13.2.

Examples of Abatement Order in a sentence

  • If the Regional Water Board finds that significant discharges or threatened discharges of sediment occur despite the implementation of an approved Erosion Control Plan and either an approved Site-Specific Management Plan or the Garcia River Management Plan, it will consider the need to revise the plans and will consider the issuance of a Cleanup and Abatement Order to address the discharge, but it will not impose administrative civil liabilities for violations of the prohibitions.

  • Such request shall be filed within 10 days of service of the Abatement Order and shall state the basis for the appeal.

  • The Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Expedited Well Removal Agreement does not modify the terms of the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Right of Entry Agreement or the Cleanup and Abatement Order or relieve Xxxxxx Xxxxxx of any of its obligations thereunder or under any other applicable Law, including Environmental Law, or governmental orders or directives.
