Representative Agreement definition

Representative Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals above.
Representative Agreement means the agreement entered into on or before the First Issue Date, between the Issuer and the Representative, or any replacement Representative Agreement entered into after the First Issue Date between the Issuer and a representative regarding, inter alia, the fees and remuneration payable to the Representative and the indemnifications given to the Representative.

More Definitions of Representative Agreement

Representative Agreement means the agreement between a Representative and the Funder under which a Representative is appointed under Rule 14 to act as Representative in an Action to prosecute the Claims.

The Company may amend these Policies and Procedures at its discretion. The amended Policies and Procedures will become effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website. Amended policies shall not apply retroactively to conduct that occurred prior to the effective date of the amendment(s) except where indicated. Representatives are responsible for regularly reviewing substantive changes to the Policies and Procedures. Representatives’ continued participation in the Program following the effective date of the amended Policies and Procedures constitutes acceptance of any changes or additions. Capitalized terms used throughout these Policies and Procedures are defined in the Glossary (Appendix B).
