Representatives of a Party definition

Representatives of a Party means the officers, directors, employees, accountants, counsel, financial advisors, consultants and other representatives of such Party.

  • Representative means with respect to a particular Person, any director, officer, manager, employee, agent, consultant, advisor, accountant, financial advisor, legal counsel or other representative of that Person.

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Consenting Party means a Party who agrees to participate in and pay its share of the cost of an Exclusive Operation.
