Representatives of a Party means the officers, directors, employees, accountants, counsel, financial advisors, consultants and other representatives of such Party.

Examples of Representatives of a Party in a sentence

  • All Sales --------------------------------- Representatives of a Party have received, or will receive in a timely manner, appropriate training on proper marketing and sales techniques to be used in promoting pharmaceutical products in accordance with applicable Laws.

  • The term “residuals” means that information in non-tangible form which may be mentally retained by those Representatives of a Party who have had access to Specific Results, the Background Know-How, Proprietary Tools and/or Pre-T0 Information (including High Sensitivity Pre-T0 Information), if any, of the other Party, pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The employees, agents, third-party providers and other Representatives of a Party shall not be required to report to the management of the other Party nor be deemed to be under the management or direction of the other Party.

  • Representative means with respect to a particular Person, any director, officer, manager, employee, agent, consultant, advisor, accountant, financial advisor, legal counsel or other representative of that Person.

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Consenting Party means a Party who agrees to participate in and pay its share of the cost of an Exclusive Operation.
