Requisite Experience definition

Requisite Experience means experience as a sophisticated investor, including, without limitation, in fixed income investing (directly and/or through investment vehicles) and/or substantial experience and knowledge in and of the commercial real estate loan market and related investment arenas, such that the relevant Advisory Committee member believes that it is capable of determining whether or not to participate in Advisory Committee decisions on the basis of the provisions described herein. Such person need not be a professional loan investor or loan originator.
Requisite Experience means a Person that has, for a period of at least [***] consecutive years within the [***] years immediately prior to the date of determination operated at least (a) [***] megawatts of energy generation facilities (of which at least [***] megawatts are residential or commercial solar distributed generation capacity) or (b) [***] megawatts of total aggregate solar distributed generation capacity (of which at least [***] megawatts are residential or commercial solar distributed generation capacity).
Requisite Experience means a person that has, for a period of at least three (3) consecutive years within the five (5) years immediately prior to the date of determination, operated at least (a) 500 megawatts of energy generation facilities (of which at least 75 megawatts are residential or commercial solar distributed generation capacity) or (b) 150 megawatts of total aggregate solar distributed generation capacity (of which at least 50 megawatts are residential or commercial solar distributed generation capacity).
