Requisite Number of Representatives definition

Requisite Number of Representatives means (i) all of the Representatives during the 10-day period staring on, and including, the date such notice is given by the Company and (ii) two of the three Representatives after completion of such 10-day period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and subject to the conditions below, the undersigned may, without the prior written consent of the Requisite Number of Representatives:
