Research Agreements definition

Research Agreements means, collectively, the AMD Saxonia Research ------------------- Agreement and the AMD Holding Research Agreement.

Research Agreements means (i) that Research and Development Cost-Sharing Agreement dated as of March 22, 2005 between Borrower and ABI Canada, as amended from time to time and (ii) that Research and Development Cost-Sharing Agreement dated as of May 17, 2006 between Borrower and ABI Canada, as amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Research Agreements

Research Agreements means the agreements among each of the Parties and the Company, containing the terms set forth in Exhibit G hereto, to be entered into pursuant to Section 2.4.
