Research Project Award definition

Research Project Award means an agreement between MTEC through its CM, and the MTEC member entity whose proposal is evaluated and selected by the Government for funding, establishing the scope of work, terms and conditions for the MTEC member entity’s performance and payment under the Government funded project. These awards may be of any type to include, but not limited to, firm fixed price, cost plus fixed fee, cost reimbursement, and cost share.

  • Payment shall be made based on actual costs incurred in completing milestones up to the maximum amount allowable under the applicable Research Project Award, provided the designated SOTR has verified compliance with the Statement of Work and accomplishment of the stated effort.

  • The modification request shall detail the technical, chronological, and financial impact of the proposed change on the Research Project Award.

  • No other communications, whether oral or in writing, that purport to change this Agreement or a Research Project Award are valid.

  • Pre-Award costs supporting a Research Project Award may be recognized as acceptable costs only after receiving written AO approval for the costs and only if they are determined to be reasonable, allocable, and allowable.

Related to Research Project Award

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget prepared annually by the Recipient in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C. of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Project IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that arise or are obtained or developed by either party, or by a contractor on behalf of either party, in respect of the Deliverables in the course of or in connection with the Project;

  • Development Activities means those activities which have been approved for the Project as set out in the approved Plans and Specifications and, generally, activities that are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes and include the acquisition of property;

  • Project IP means any Intellectual Property created, invented or discovered in carrying out the Project including in respect of the Project Results but does not include Background IP or copyright in a Student’s thesis or other material produced by him/her for the purpose of assessment towards his/her degree.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.
