Reserved Targets definition

Reserved Targets means the targets listed on Exhibit 1.58 attached hereto.
Reserved Targets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.
Reserved Targets means the Targets identified in Annex 4, which are exclusively reserved by ADAGENE to ADCT in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;
