Residential Agreement definition
Residential Agreement means a lease or other resident agreement between the operator of the Healthcare Facility and a resident setting forth the terms of the resident’s living arrangement and the provision of any related services.

More Definitions of Residential Agreement
Residential Agreement means the written agreement between a residential facility, placing agency, prospective mental health resident or guardian, and community mental health agency, as applicable.
