Response Documents definition

Response Documents means the Proposal: CCA Administrator dated April 5, 2019 submitted by Joule Assets, Inc. to the Town of Irondequoit, Town of Brighton, Town of Pittsford, and Village of Pittsford, together with the Appendices attached thereto.
Response Documents means the response provided by the Respondent to the Complaint, and includes any supporting information or evidence that is supplied.
Response Documents means the Proposal for: Community Choice Aggregation Administrator and any additional or supplemental materials submitted by Joule and/or Roctricity in response to the RFP.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.
