Retainer Fees definition

Retainer Fees means the cash award portion of a Director’s annual fees payable in respect of serving as a Director, including the annual Board retainer fees, annual Board committee retainer fees, meeting attendance fees, and supplemental fees for serving as chair of the Board or a Board committee;
Retainer Fees means the amount of compensation payable to each Participant with respect to services rendered to the Company as a Director for the Service Period. Such term does not include fees for attending meetings of the Board of Directors or committees of the Board of Directors and also does not include conference fees.
Retainer Fees means the annual retainer scheduled to be paid to a Director for the calendar year and additional annual fees scheduled to be paid to a Director for serving as Chairman of the Board or as Chair of a Board committee.

More Definitions of Retainer Fees

Retainer Fees means all retainer fees including, without limitation, meeting or chair fees, payable to an Outside Director in his or her capacity as such for services to the Board.
