Supplemental Fees definition

Supplemental Fees are added on to the hourly rate. These are fees paid to Interpreters who have additional Certifications or approved credentials for specialized Appointments. We do not limit scheduling to this pool of Interpreters but we do reimburse these Interpreter’s for taking additional trainings. Supplemental Appointments include:
Supplemental Fees means fees paid to a Director for attendance at Board meetings, special Meetings of the Board, or otherwise, and which are paid only on an ad hoc basis.
Supplemental Fees means, with respect to a Receivables Pool as of any Distribution Date, the fee payable to the Purchaser during the related Collection Period, determined pursuant to and defined in Section 3.10(b) of the Master Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Supplemental Fees

Supplemental Fees. Means charges that may be assessed to a responsible person by the control authority to recover the costs it incurs to address and respond to a violation of TMC Chapter 12.08B, including, but not limited to: (i) personnel costs, both direct and indirect; (ii) costs to investigate, contain, and abate the discharge, including cleaning up any contamination caused by the discharge that may be present within the POTW, at the point of discharge, or in the receiving environment; (iii) costs to respond to a discharge causing pass through, interference, or damage to biosolids; (iv) costs to document and enforce a violation of TMC Chapter 12.08BD; (v) costs to hire a contractor(s) or consultant(s) to respond to such violations; (vi) laboratory costs and analytical expenses; (vii) costs for equipment, materials, and supplies; (viii) mobilization, transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal costs; (ix) attorney’s’ fees, when authorized; (x) costs required for printing or mailings; and
Supplemental Fees. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, late charges, modification fees, subordination fees, release fees, insufficient funds charges and related amounts received in respect of a Mortgage Loan in connection with the servicing thereof, which amounts are not attributable to principal or interest on such Mortgage Loan or to Escrow Payments relating thereto, but not prepayment penalties.
Supplemental Fees means fees that are added to the hourly rate or Base Rate because the Interpreter who is providing the Interpretation Services has additional Certifications or approved credentials for specialized Appointments. The Purchaser will not limit scheduling to this pool of Interpreters but will reimburse these Interpreter’s for having additional Certifications. Supplemental Fees for specialized Appointments include: DeafBlind Appointment if the Interpreter has Credentials as an Interpreter for DeafBlind. DeafBlind Appointments if the Interpreter has ProTactile Certification. Legal Appointments if the Interpreter has SC:L or meets the training requirements established by ODHH. Legal appointments include but are not limited to:
Supplemental Fees means all fees payable by you in respect of Emergency Services, or Professional Services including without limitation reinstatement of service fees, fees for switching or upgrading servers, additional bandwidth fees all of which fees shall be in accordance with our then current prices and pricing policy
Supplemental Fees means all fees payable by SMGP to STV in respect of Supplemental Services and such fees shall be in accordance with STV's then current prices and pricing policy;
