Rockefeller Patent Rights definition

Rockefeller Patent Rights means all patent rights represented by or issuing from: (a) the United States patent applications listed in Exhibit A; (b) any continuation, continuation-in-part, divisional and re-issue applications whose claims are entitled to the benefit of the priority date of the applications in (a); and (c) any foreign counterparts and extensions of (a) or (b).

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
