Room Revenue definition

Room Revenue means that portion of Gross Income from Operations attributable to the rental of hotel rooms, upon which Franchisor calculates franchise fees.
Room Revenue divided by "Available Rooms", where:
Room Revenue means all gross revenue derived from the rental of sleeping rooms, net of any applicable rebates and discounts and excluding any incidental revenue such as telephone charges and movie rental; and

More Definitions of Room Revenue

Room Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Room Revenue means the product of (a) ADR and (b) Total Occupied Rooms.
