Room Revenues definition

Room Revenues means gross revenues from the rental of guest rooms, whether to individuals, groups, or transients at the Facility, determined in a manner consistent with GAAP, excluding the following:

  • The Aggregate Base Management Fee, the Aggregate Reservation Fee and the Aggregate System Fee shall be paid on the last Business Day of each calendar month, in arrears, based upon the prior month’s Aggregate Gross Revenues or Aggregate Gross Room Revenues, as the case may be, as reflected in the Aggregate Monthly Statement for such prior month.

  • If any Lessor's Audit discloses a deficiency in the determination or reporting of Room Revenue which, as finally agreed or determined, exceeds 3%, Lessee shall pay the costs of the portion of Lessor's Audit allocable to the determination of Room Revenues (the "Revenue Audit").

More Definitions of Room Revenues

Room Revenues means gross revenue from the rental of guest rooms, whether to individuals, groups or transients, but excluding the following:
Room Revenues means all revenues from the rental of guest rooms at the Casino, together with any sales or other taxes thereon.
Room Revenues means all revenues from the rental of guest rooms of the Hotel (but excluding any items included in the definition of Other Revenues), including, without limitation, cancellation fees, no-show revenues, resort fee revenues and rollaway bed revenues, together with any sales or other taxes thereon collected by Seller.
Room Revenues means all revenues, receipts, and income of any kind derived directly or indirectly by Tenant from or in connection with the rental of guest rooms or suites, whether to individuals, groups or transients, at the Project, whether on a cash basis or credit, paid or collected, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, excluding the following: (a) The amount of all credits, rebates or refunds to customers, guests or patrons, and all service charges, finance charges, interest and discounts attributable to charge accounts and credit cards, to the extent the same are paid to Tenant by its customers, guests or patrons, or to the extent the same are paid for by the Tenant to, or charged to Tenant by, credit card companies; (b) All sales taxes or any other taxes imposed on the rental of such guest rooms or suites; (c) Gratuities or service charges actually paid to employees; (d) Proceeds of business interruption and other insurance; and (e) Revenues from the sale of food and beverage or Sundry Revenues.
Room Revenues means Net Rooms Department Revenue (as defined in the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry).
Room Revenues means Gross Revenues determined in a manner consistent with GAAP and the Uniform System of Accounts, from the rental of guest rooms whether to individuals, groups or transients, at the Hotel, including, but not limited to (a) the fair market value of goods or services which have been provided in exchange for rooms under bartering or trade arrangements, (b) the fair market value of rooms provided under frequent traveler programs, gift certificate programs or any other similar programs, (c) the fair market value of any other allowances or commissions deducted from room rates, including, but not limited to, discounts and travel agent commissions (items (a)-(c) being allocated to the respective revenues categories in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts), and (d) other Gross Revenues received from cancellation of room reservations, retained deposits, and other income derived from reservation changes. Room Revenues shall not include: (a) all sales taxes or any other taxes imposed on the rental of such guest rooms, and (b) any fees collected for amenities including, but not limited to, telephone, laundry, movies or concessions and (c) the value of rooms provided to employees of Landlord, Tenant, the franchisor under the Franchise Agreement or guests on a complimentary basis ("Complimentary Rooms"); provided, however, to the extent the Complimentary Rooms exceed two (2%) percent of the aggregate room rentals for a Fiscal Year, the fair market value of such excess shall not be excluded from Room Revenues, and such amounts shall be added to Gross Revenues for the last Fiscal Quarter of the preceding Fiscal Year. All credits, rebates, refunds and credit card chargebacks, except to the extent that such Room Revenues were originally collected prior to the Commencement Date, shall be deducted from Room Revenues.
Room Revenues means, with respect to any period and for any Portfolio Hotel, gross revenue of the Lessee of the relevant Portfolio Hotel from the rental of guest rooms, whether to individuals, groups or transients, at the relevant Portfolio Hotel, excluding the following: (A) the amount of all credits, rebates or refunds to customers, guests or patrons; (B) all sales taxes or any other taxes imposed in the rental of such guests rooms; and
