Food and Beverage Revenues definition

Food and Beverage Revenues means (a) gross revenue from the sale of food and beverages that are prepared at the Hotel and sold or delivered on or off the Hotel by or on behalf of Lessee (including, without limitation, revenues from mini-bars), whether for cash or for credit, including in respect of guest rooms, banquet rooms, meeting rooms and other similar rooms and (b) gross revenue from the rental of banquet, meeting and other similar rooms. Food and Beverage Revenues shall be determined in a manner consistent with the Uniform System. Food and Beverage Revenues shall not include the following:
Food and Beverage Revenues means gross revenues attributable to or payable from the sale of food and beverage, including any restaurant, catering, bar/lounge, entertainment, room service, retail food or beverage operation, continental breakfast, food or beverage concessions and similar services offered at the Hotel.
Food and Beverage Revenues means all revenues, income and proceeds of any kind from the sale of Food and Beverage at or by the Hotel.
