Examples of Sales and use tax revenues in a sentence
The City shall retain all Sales and Use Tax Revenues that do not constitute the District Share (the “City Share”).
Collection of Sales and Use Tax Revenues shall take effect on the date described in Section 321.102 of the Tax Code.
The Local Government Sales and Use Tax Revenues collected and distributed pursuant to Articles 39 (First One-Cent), 40 (First One-Half Cent), 42 (Second One-Half Cent) and 44 (Local Government Hold Harmless Provisions, to the extent still distributed) of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, levied by the County as of the date of this Agreement.
Upon termination of this Agreement, the City shall have no further financial obligation to the District pursuant to this Agreement, and all Sales and Use Tax Revenues collected by the City from the Limited Purpose Property after the termination date shall be retained by the City and may be used for any lawful purpose.
The District may audit the Sales and Use Tax Revenues collected by the City to determine whether the District Share has been paid to the District in accordance with this Agreement.
