Sanction List definition

Sanction List means any of the lists of specially designated nationals or designated persons or entities (or equivalent) held by a sanctioning body, each as amended, supplemented or substituted from time to time and/or any other sanctions lists that Investec may from time to time deem necessary or be required to screen against;
Sanction List means the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List of OFAC and/or the UNSC list of persons or entities suspected to be involved in terrorist related activities or the funding thereof and/or any other list of HMT and/or EU
Sanction List means any list of a Sanctioned Entity published by a Sanctioning Body, as amended from time to time;
