SAR Plans definition

SAR Plans means (i) the HMI Employee Incentive Plan—2013, 1st Employee Stock Acquisition Rights Implementation Rules and (ii) HMI Employee Incentive Plan—2013, 2nd Employee Stock Acquisition Rights Implementation Rules;
SAR Plans means the Share Appreciation Rights Plans of BSH and SIG --------- pursuant to which the SARs were granted.
SAR Plans means the Rain and Hail Insurance Service, Inc. 2005 Formula Stock Appreciation Right Plan, the Rain and Hail Insurance Service, Inc. 2005 Discretionary Stock Appreciation Right Plan, the Rain and Hail Insurance Services, Inc. 1994 Formula Stock Appreciation Right Plan, and the Rain and Hail Insurance Service, Inc. 1994 Discretionary Stock Appreciation Right Plan, each a “SAR Plan.”

  • Options/SAR Grants during the most recently completed Financial Year The Company does not have, and at no time during its most recently completed financial year had, any SAR Plans in respect of which any of its Named Executive Officers were eligible to participate.

SAR Plans means the XXXX Systems, Inc. 2016 Stock Appreciation Rights Plan, dated as of January 11, 2016, and the Amended and Restated 2016 XXXX Systems, Inc. Stock Appreciation Rights Plan, dated as of November 12, 2020. “SAR Restricted Parties” means each of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx. “Seller Parties” means, collectively, the Stockholders and Seller.

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • Prior Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.

  • Company Stock Option Plans means the 1996 Equity Incentive Plan, 1998 Stock Option Plan for Non-Employee Directors and 1999 Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.

  • Stock Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Equity Awards will mean Executive’s outstanding stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock units, performance shares, performance stock units and any other Company equity compensation awards.
