Scheduled Turnaround definition

Scheduled Turnaround means the Shutdown of any emission unit or process unit that is scheduled at least six months in advance of the Shutdown, and the purpose of such Shutdown is to: (i) perform general equipment cleaning and repairs due to normal equipment wear and tear; (ii) perform required equipment tests and internal inspections; (iii) install any unit or equipment modifications/additions, or make provisions for a future modification or addition; and/or (iv) perform normal end of run catalyst changeouts or refurbishments.
Scheduled Turnaround means any scheduled turnaround for periodic -------------------- maintenance to any of the Existing Plants.
Scheduled Turnaround means the planned, periodic shutdown estimated to commence in January 2013 and continue through the remainder of that year, as more particularly identified in Schedule 1.1(P), of various of the Purchased Assets, including refinery processing units, pipelines and ship dry-docking facilities (and, possibly, the entire Refinery) for the performance of maintenance, inspection and repair of property, plant, and equipment, and replacement of process materials and equipment that have worn out, are broken or require other maintenance, in order to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations, and after which shutdown(s) the property, plant and equipment will be restored to, or maintained at, a functioning level necessary to sustain normal operations comparable to a level of operations consistent with those operations prior to such shutdown(s).

  • The Tolling Fee shall be increased for the 18-Month period immediately preceding and including the month of the commencement of such Scheduled Turnaround to include the Turnaround Fee shown on such Turnaround Budget to be assessed on each Barrel of Feedstock (using the Minimum Contract Quantity) in order to allow Owner to earn the Accrued Turnaround Cost.
